Message	yea they mean the left lane. In the LA area, expect to do 5-10 mph better on average over there. The passing lane in all reality (not legally) is the right one. Everyone *thinks* they are fast and get left leaving the right wide open. While getting tires mounted for Zcon, I had this doozy of a conversation with the mechanic...
